How long does an order take to be made and completed?

As we Custom Make our bow collections and some hair extensions, please allow between 3-5 days for your order to be completed. During our busier times like January-February, please allow up to 2 weeks. This is our busier BACK TO SCHOOL season, so many order are placed. 

Once we have completed your order, we will take a photo of your completed order and then send to your for your approval, once done, collection from Pakenham or your postage will be arranged.

What ribbon do you use for the bows?

We use a high quality grade Grosgrain Ribbon for our bows, as well as high quality clips and hair ties. We strive to find the best quality in each item to make sure our products will be able to be enjoyed by the wearer for a long period of time. 

How do I choose my colours for my custom ordered bows?

Once you have selected your pack or specific Bows you wish to purchase. You then go to your cart and include in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS your colours choice as well as if you would prefer a hair tie or clip and any other relevant information.

What if I can't find the colours I want?

If you can't find the colours in the colour options to match your particular uniform, send us an email to: aplus.schoolhairaccessories@gmail.com

In the email let us know as much detail as possible, colours you are after, which bows, how many and if you can attach a photo of the uniform you are wishing to compliment that is also very helpful. 

If we still can't accurately match the colours, you can request for some colour samples to be posted to you.

What is a Mermaid or Unicorn ponytail and how do i use it?

Reusable hair tie extensions, Mermaid and Unicorn ponies are synthetic hair on a hair tie, designed to be worn over and over again, by the wearer rather than just a once off.

Our ponytails come in many different styles from ponytails, piggy tails, braided, straight and bubble braids. 

How do I clean and maintain my Reusable Tie in Hair Extensions? 

Unicorn ponytails- can be brushed using our detangling hairbrush, hold the top tight, oil can be used to reduce static.                                                                                      To store ponytails plait & store in an airtight container to protect the rubber bands from drying out. When the bands do turn brittle or fall off they can easily be replaced with a rubber band.                                                                                                  Ponytails can be washed if dirty, rinse, condition & air dry.                                                Do not attempt to wash & dry the braided (mermaid) ponies or Mermaid waves.            Don't swim or sleep in the ponies to make them last as long as possible.

Are tie in ponytails easy to use?

YES absolutely my daughters find them very easy to use. 

Plus we make sure they are of a weight that is suitable for younger children from about the age of 3 (dependent of amount of hair) to wear and not pull down on their hair.   

Can you put glitter gel in your hair?

Yes the Glitter gel can be used on Hair, Face & Body.

As well as being very easy to wash out, we use Aloe Vera Gel so is very safe to use (on most people).

Do you ship international

Not Currently, we only SHIP to AUSTRALIA. Perhaps in the future International Shipping may also be an option.
